Vlaams Sinfonietta continued the tradition of the former Emanon Ensemble, focusing on the contemporary music scene in Flanders. Under the baton of Raf De Keninck the ensemble explored the concert tradition of the 20th and 21st century, with remarkable adventures in different musical styles and multidisciplinary projects. I performed as from 2009 with Emanon Ensemble and was percussionist of Vlaams Sinfonietta. I recorded the album ‘Fetish’ with music by Frank Nuyts and premièred multiple compositions with music by composers such as Petra Vermote, Alain Craens and Luc Van Hove. Vincent Caers was member of the late Emanon ensemble and of Vlaams Sinfonietta.
